By subscribing to or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Job Reply provides tradespeople ("Subscribers") with an automated system that:
● Receives missed-call notifications and sends an automatic SMS reply to the caller
● Conducts a text-based conversation with the caller (via an AI receptionist) to understand what job they need done
● Checks the Subscriber's connected calendar (Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook Calendar) for availability and offers the customer available time slots
● Books the customer's chosen slot directly into the Subscriber's connected calendar JobReply is a scheduling and communication tool. It does not perform trade work, and is not a party to any job, quote, or contract between a Subscriber and their customer.
2. Eligibility and accounts
● You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the business you represent to sign up as a Subscriber.
● You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided during sign-up, including your rate card, availability, and calendar connection.
● You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and connected calendar (Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook Calendar).
3. Fees and billing
● Job Reply is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing is displayed at sign-up or on our website.
● Subscribers may be offered a free trial period, after which the subscription converts to a paid plan unless cancelled beforehand.
● Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis via our nominated payment processor and are non-refundable except where required by law.
● We may change our fees on reasonable notice; continued use after a fee change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new fee.
● Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Calendar integration
● Use of the calendar-booking feature requires the Subscriber to connect a supported calendar account (Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook Calendar) and grant Job Reply permission to view and create calendar events.
● The Subscriber is responsible for keeping their connected calendar accurate and up to date. Job Reply is not liable for double bookings or missed appointments caused by a Subscriber's own calendar being out of date, shared incorrectly, or disconnected.
● Access can be revoked at any time via the relevant accounts permissions settings (Google Account permissions or Microsoft account app permissions) or within the Job Reply dashboard, which will disable the booking feature until reconnected.
5. Customer interactions
When a customer texts back in response to Job Reply's automated message, they are interacting with an AI system on the Subscriber's behalf. Subscribers must not represent the Service in a misleading way and must ensure customers can reasonably tell they may be messaging an automated assistant. Job Reply provides indicative information (such as ballpark pricing ranges, where configured by the Subscriber) based on information the Subscriber has set up. Job Reply is not responsible for the accuracy of a Subscriber's rate card, quotes, or any commitments made in the resulting conversation, and any final quote, price or job scope remains between the Subscriber and their customer.
